These terms govern your use of Manisha Mukhiya ("the site") and any enquiry, appointment, or order placed through the studio.
Use of the site
The content on this site — including text, images, and design — is owned by Manisha Mukhiya and may not be reproduced without written permission. You may browse, share links, and use the site for its intended purpose.
Enquiries and appointments
Submitting an enquiry or booking does not create a contract. We'll confirm availability, pricing, and lead time by email before any payment is requested.
Orders and payment
Made-to-order pieces require a fifty percent deposit to begin production, with the balance due before dispatch. In-stock pieces are paid in full at the time of order.
Returns and alterations
Unworn, unaltered in-stock pieces may be returned within fourteen days of delivery. Made-to-order pieces are final sale. One free round of alterations is offered within thirty days on all pieces.
Care and wear
Each piece is finished by hand and designed to last. Care instructions are provided with every order. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or handling.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi.
